DLF PARK PLACE

DEAR FUTURE DLF PARK PLACE RESIDENTS /CUSTOMERS,

WE ARE AWARE OF THE ONGOING MARKET SENTIMENT & DWINDLING PROPERTY PRICES,THE ECONOMIC MELTDOWN ETC,AND THE RECENT MOVE OF DLF CUTTING PROPERTY PRICES BY 20% TO 30% IN CHENNAI & BANGLORE.

THE FLATS WHICH WE INITIALLY BOUGHT IN DLF PARK PLACE GURGAON AT RATES VARYING BETWEEN Rs6000/-Psqf to Rs6500/-,DO NOT EVEN SELL FOR Rs 5000/-psqf TODAY.IN ADDITION TO THAT THE HOME LOAN INTEREST,DELAY IN THE PROJECT MAKES THE PROJECT VERY DIFFICULT TO HOLD.

I REQUEST ALL THE FUTURE RESIDENTS OF DLF PARK PLACE TO GET TOGETHER AND FORM A PLATFORM TO NEGOTIATE PRICE CUT,FORM A PLATFORM TO INTERACT & KNOW THE PROJECT STATUS.WE ALLNEED TO BE TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

    Hello,

    I got to know that DLF is planning to construct 30 floors at Park Place instead of 20 as originally planned. There was no notification from DLF to current Park Place owners about this change and neither there was any change in the payment amount or plan. Very disappointing and unprofessional on DLF's part. DLF has taken about 80% of the apartment cost and has constructed only about 30% of the apartment yet. With these additional floors coming up, the project will be further delayed and so our investment. We need to take this with DLF to lower the apartment cost and revise the payment plan as per the construction schedule.
